Reviews and Buy was founded in 2023 with one simple frustration in mind: most “best product” lists online are written by people who have never touched the product. We started this site to fix that — to give everyday buyers honest, research-backed product breakdowns, especially in categories where the wrong choice can cost you money and your health.
Today, Reviews and Buy is an independent product research publication focused on nutrition supplements, gut health, wellness devices, and home health products. We don’t accept paid placements, sponsored “top spots,” or pay-to-play rankings. Every product we recommend earns its place through our internal scoring system (see our Methodology).

We exist because the supplement and wellness industry is flooded with affiliate sites that copy-paste Amazon descriptions. We refuse to be one of them.

What this does NOT change:

- Brands cannot review or approve our content before it’s published
- Negative reviews stay negative — we’ve recommended against big-name products before
If a product fails our testing, we say so. If a category has no winner, we say that too. Our income depends on reader trust, not on selling you the most expensive option.
